Project Highlight - Air-In Tech
This company was in the midst of an expansion into government contracts. Additionally, they were looking to build out space for corporate offices and an on-site vendor. The project managers for this company worked closely with our consultants and designers from start to final installation.
4 Distinct Spaces
A conference area that could be flexible on size and set-up from meeting to meeting. We provided mobile nesting tables that would move and reposition into many shapes and sizes when necessary. The room could accommodate as many as 12-14 or a smaller team if a presentation on a monitor or whiteboard was required. Rectangle, U Shape, and more configurations are all possible in the space.
Tech Areas
Tech areas (2), were provided with Sit-stand desks for ergonomic support and improved capability. In addition, these spaces needed to also accommodate storage, product development, and collaboration as well so we dropped in mobile storage peds to allow for increased numbers in each area. These storage peds have cushion tops that can double as overflow seating
Community Spaces
A common area or community space was developed to allow incoming vendors to meet and work simultaneously in a more casual atmosphere. Club chair and sofa seating allowed for the "town meeting" approach while the High Huddle Tables supported a more tight-knit group meeting amongst employees and vendors. It also provided work surfaces for laptops and notebooks when applicable
